1. A Certificate for perpetual use will be issued for each lot.  Each lot Lessee will inform the Parish Office of the name and address of one person who has the authority to receive notices and take necessary action regarding said lot.
2. Cars or other motor vehicles are prohibited off of the roads in the cemetery.
3. The cemetery reserves the right to designate sections for double, single, infant or cremation interments.
4. No transfer or assignment of any plot shall be valid until the approval of the Cemetery Board has been obtained. The Board reserves the right to repurchase any lot for the original price paid for it.  Cost for any improvement made to the lot will not be absorbed by the Cemetery Board. (Plot Lessees who have already placed monuments on a lot shall be responsible for the cost of removing the foundation.)
5. No tent services are permitted.
